- Delivery Policy: We partner with reputed couriers like RedX, Pathao, and Steadfast. Delivery typically takes 24 to 72 hours depending on the area. Perishable and fragile items are delivered within 24 hours.
- Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel an order before it is handed over to our delivery partners or before packaging. Once handed over, cancellation is not possible.
- Return & Replacement: For perishable items (vegetables, meat, etc.), customers must check and return them to the delivery person immediately if there's an issue. For non-perishable items, returns are accepted within 7 days, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
- Dispute Resolution: If a product is rotten or damaged, the customer must call our support during delivery for confirmation.

- ডেলিভারি পলিসি: আমরা সাধারণত RedX, Pathao বা Steadfast-এর মাধ্যমে পণ্য ডেলিভারি দিয়ে থাকি। এলাকাভেদে ২৪ থেকে ৭২ ঘণ্টা সময় লাগতে পারে। তবে পচনশীল বা ভঙ্গুর পণ্য আমরা ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে পৌঁছে দেই।
- অর্ডার বাতিল: পণ্য ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে হস্তান্তরের আগে বা প্যাকেজিং সম্পন্ন হওয়ার আগ পর্যন্ত গ্রাহক অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারবেন। ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে পণ্য চলে গেলে তা আর বাতিল করা সম্ভব নয়।
- পণ্য ফেরত ও পরিবর্তন: পচনশীল পণ্য ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে চেক করে রিসিভ করতে হবে। ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর পচনশীল পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। অপচনশীল পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে অব্যবহৃত অবস্থায় পণ্য পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে।
- বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি: পণ্য নষ্ট বা গ্রহণের অযোগ্য হলে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনেই আমাদের হেল্পলাইনে কল করে নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
